The apartment is located on the second floor of the Badia Marina building in front of the beach and in the heart of the commercial and tourist centre of Roses. Accommodation with an approximate area of 46 m². It has a 11 m² terrace overlooking the sea and the whole bay. Sleeps up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with two single beds, a dining room with a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people, a full bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. It is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, television and all the necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Wi-Fi is available.

In order to ensure the safety of our guests, we have taken the necessary steps to guarantee their safety while on holiday. On arrival at the apartment, you will receive a certificate of cleanliness that will ensure that the apartment has been cleaned and disinfected in accordance with the regulatory protocol in relation to the COVID-19 prevention measures.
25% by bank transfer at time of confirming the booking. The remainder to be paid by cash or credit or debit card on the day of arrival.
Given the pandemic situation, we have established a more flexible cancellation policy for any guest affected by COVID-19. Booking dates may be changed, or guests may request a full refund of the payment and the deposit paid at the time of making the booking if they prefer, less any bank charges generated by the refund. Booking cancellations can only be made as a result of a force majeure event caused by COVID-19 and with the effects foreseen for reasons of direct contagion or of a first degree relative (evidenced with a medical certificate), due to governmental travel restrictions, quarantines, changes in applicable law and other orders issued by the government, closure of borders, prohibition of short-term rentals, limitation of freedom of movement, or for any other reason established by the regulations in force. The usual cancellation policy will apply for any other reason for cancelling a booking. “In the event of cancelling a booking or leaving the apartment before the departure date established in the contract THE LESSOR will not refund the money paid by THE LESSEE.”
